Description
Here is a nice kit , the back and sides are Bubing with some nice figure in it. The back is joined and thicknessed. The sides are bent , trimmed and contoured for a J45/50 body. The slope shoulder. The top is torrified Carpathian spruce. This is going to make a great guitar.
The neck is 14 fret 1 3/4 in at the nut and 2 1/4 at the bridge. The joint is Dovetail and the neck is Mahogany. The fretboard is Ebony as is the bridge. The dots are included but not inset , so you can do that or anything else. The fretboard is slotted , radiused and trimmed to fit the neck. there is a 2 way adjustable truss rod. The head veneer is ebony.
Tuners have the Gibson style button. The nut and saddle are bone. There are bone pins also. We support what we sell so do not be afraid to contact us if you have any question. We have a lot of videos on you tube just search for Blues Creek Guitars.
Braces are spruce and all positions are plotted on the top and back. The rosette is installed . Sycamore is the wood binding and it had a terrific figure that will really stand out. I also added a tortoise purfling so you tie into the rosette.
