Description
A Honduran kit based off a 000-18. This is 5/16 in braces non scalloped. The top and back are thicknessed and all brace locations plotted for you based off pre war specs. The sides are bent , trimmed and contoured to the 000 14 fret.
The neck is dovetail , a 2 way truss rod and spacing is 1 3/4 in at the nut and 2 1/4 at the 12th and bridge. A bone nut and saddle are included. All parts are in the box. The fretboard is slotted and radiused. The inlay is included but not installed. I put in the square and diamond , short pattern, 2 sqs on 5 and 9 the diamond on the 7th.
the tuners are Grover open back butterbean tuners. The fret wire and all parts are included. The pick guard is tortoise and beveled edge.
The fretboard and bridge are ebony. I made the bridge to pre war spec but made it a drop in saddle. The pins are ebony with pearl dots.
