Description
this is a pretty set of Bloodwood for a Martin style 14 fret Dred. I also did sycamore binding and herringbone for this kit.
The top is Torrified Carpathian spruce with the rosette installed , thicknessed and braces are plotted. 5/16 scallop red spruce braces.
The ebony fretboard has no inlay , although I included 1/4 dots for you to inlay. 3-5-7-9-12-15 the ebony bridge is 2 1/8 in spacing and the fretboard is 1 11/16 in
the fretboard is radiused and slotted and it is also bound with sycamore.
the sides are bend , contoured and trimmed for the 14 fret dred. The back is thinned with the zigzag back strip. the braces are old style and the location is plotted.
Tuners are open back grove. The head stock is glued and there is a bone nut and saddle.
