Description

this is based of a 1932 12 fret L2 that I had in the shop. The L2 is the same scale and  shape of the L00 but this was a 12 fret so we made this a 12 fret.

Back and sides are figured maple , and the sides are bent ,trimmed, and contoured to the L00 shape. The L00 mold will work with this .

the top is Red spruce 2 piece top. The top and back are thinned and bracing is plotted for you. The neck is a Maple neck to tie in with the back and sides. There is a walnut strip in the neck for a design enhancement. The ebony veneer is not glued on so you can inlay it .

the fretboard and bridge are ebony. The nut width is 1 3/4 in  the spacing at the bridge is 2 1/4 in. The neck is dovetail and it has a 2 way truss rod.  Tuners are closed back with the gibson tulip keys.

the  fret board is radiused and slotted. There are MOP dots on 3,5,7,9,12,15  and there is a bone nut and saddle. The  bridge pins are ebony.  All parts are included down to the strings.

we do provide build support and you will also find lots of help a kitguitarforum.com
