Description
this is a set of East Indian Rosewood that is bent, trimmed and contoured for the Martin style 14 fret body. The braces on this are Sitka spruce , 5/16 scalloped.
The neck is 1 3/4 nut 2 3/16 spacing at the bridge. The fretboard and bridge are ebony . The fretboard is inlaid with the square and diamond pattern. The slots are cut and the fretboard is radiused. There is a 2 way truss rod. The head veneer is off to make for easy inlay work should you want to try.
The top is red spruce and rosette is installed for you. All bracing locations are plotted on both the top and the back. The back braces are pre war style. The binding is period herringbone and Ivroid. The back has a thin B/w purfling . The back purfling is the old style zigzag .
The tuners are Grover open back 18 to 1 butter bean tuners. Bone nut and saddle included. The pins are ebony with pearl dots. All parts are included down to the strings. For best results use our D14 mold
