Description

East Indian Rosewood guitar kit . 14 fret Dred off Martin patterns. Forward Shifted 5/16 Scallop bracing. Back and sides are East Indian Rosewood that is bent, trimmed, and contoured to a 14 fret Martin dred. The side supports are the old-style glue in the ribbon. The top is TORRIFIED red spruce and has the old prewar style of the rosette. The back braces are vintage style with the lower wider back braces. The fretboard and bridge are ebony. The fretboard is slotted and radiused 20 frets. Nut width is 1 3/4 in and the string spacing at the bridge is 2 1/4 in. It has a long style square and diamond inlay.
The tuners are Nickle Grover 98 open back. The binding is Ivroid and there is Herringbone purfling for the top. The fret wire is .08 wide and .04 high. The neck has the Valoute on the back of the neck. It also has a 2-way truss rod and a dovetail joint. It is Mahogany. The neck and tail blocks are also mahogany. Bone nut and saddle included. There are ebony bridge pins that are dot inlay.
